Chicken Charlie at the OC Fair
A little pilgrimage to the OC Super Fair (my first fair ever!) yielded our newest post collaboration: "Chicken Charlie's Midas Touch: Turning Oreos into Deep-Fried Gold."

Deep fried Oreos are probably my favorite food EVER. Chicken Charlie's has never let me down. It got to the point where I had to start making them myself, in between county fairs.
